Since the first moment that Pope Francis walked out onto the balcony of the Papal apartment overlooking St. Peter's Square, the understand of his papacy and his vision for the church has been steadily unfolding.

On Tuesday, April 4 at 1:30 pm, Roman Catholic Archbishop Gregory Aymond of New Orleans will welcome clergy, laity and children of all faiths to his residence to pray for the safety of all children.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) Administrative Committee, of which Archbishop Gregory Aymond is a member, issued a pastoral reflection March 22 in solidarity with those who have been forced to flee their homes due to violence, conflict or fear in their native lands.
